Student Grants

On a competitive basis, IEEE CARS 2025 offers a number of travel grants to students who have co-authored an accepted peer-reviewed paper for the conference. 

We have given out travel grants for this year. However, you can still request housing, depending upon the availability and profile the conference committee may or may not approve the request.

Application Eligibility

1. Each applicant must be a Student Member or Graduate Student Member of the at the time he/she applies for the grant.

2. Each applicant must be a co-author of an accepted paper in CARS 2025 and present it at the conference.

3. Each applicant must be a full-time student registered toward a Bachelor, Masters, or PhD degree in EE, computer science, engineering or related field in a college or university when submitting the application.
